It is important to look and address the whole person – mind, spirit, emotions and body. Your body responds to the way you think, feel, and act; this is a type of “mind/body connection”. There is no one single answer to any problem and there can be several answers, if you take the time to think about them.
After many years of working with a diversity of clientele, I have realized that the vast majority of people are set, very much, within the parameters of human behaviour, which is based on beliefs and assumptions.
I have had many clients telling me how I should address their problems; some have been looking for the “magic wand” with many not prepared to make changes and yet, still wishing to be freed from their dilemmas.
The amount of information out there is massive; books, Internet, videos, seminars, documentaries and much, much more are available for anyone wishing to pursue them. However one must investigate, analyze and query such information, and it is not easy.
I have therefore concluded, based on my umbrella of therapy and knowledge, to filter all of this information and pass it to you all.
